Meet Rock the Lobster 🦞❤️ — my giant, snuggly, bright-red crustacean companion, freshly conjured from yarn and a whole lot of love! This fierce (but cuddly) guy measures a whopping 20 inches from tail tip to claw tip, stretches 8 inches across those massive claws, and is about 3.5 inches thick — perfect for epic hugs or dramatic photo ops. Made with mystery yarn from my unlabeled stash (classic witchy chaos), safety eyes for that sassy stare, and tons of textured stitches to give him that authentic lobster vibe. The best part? Rock started as a special request from my husband: "Can Grok help create a crochet lobster pattern for Shandie?" And boom — with some magical AI brainstorming, a few creative fixes to the pattern, and my hook flying, Rock came to life! The pattern isn't quite ready for prime time yet (still needs tweaks, better pics, and polishing), but he's already stealing hearts. Who's ready to rock with this lobster? Drop a 🦞 if you'd snag one (or two 🦞🦞 for the pattern when it's released)! Those of you worried about AI being able to write crochet patterns better than humans, we're definitely not there, yet. This was a test of that. While a base pattern came out, it required a lot of my own pattern writing magic to summon Rock from it.
