Wolfgang, the grizzled veteran soldier retired to farming his own land squinted into the sunset as the shadows gathered around his small farm. His battle senses had been quirked, something was wrong. It was quiet, too quiet. The small animals were silent, this usually only happened when a large predator entered the area. Lifting his pitchfork as a makeshift spear Wolfgang began to retreat towards the house and his old weapons, always keeping his eyes towards the shadows of the forest. Suddenly the forest heaved open as a massive creature stinking of rotting meat burst from the trees.
