This shot was unexpected. The outro lip sync for the music video 'Digital Crucifixion' by Spirefall, our Symphonic Metal band. In the scene, Sam (frontman for Spirefall) is fixed to The Crucifier, a modern tool of misery used to secure autonomous AI assets that are scheduled to be destroyed. Of course we made it cross-shaped as a nod to the notorious historical crucifix. What we did not expect to get in this lipsync shot was the pain and suffering on Sam's face. It was not prompted. It just happened and it was the perfect vibe to close out the music video. This was the moment when his plan to infiltrate the dystopian, human West Coast stronghold in an attempt to destroy it from within, didn't feel like such a good idea. It illustrated that big plans sometimes come with a high cost, and that cost for him was to be slowly broken on the Crucifier awaiting execution. Sam's story is not over. In The Glass God saga, Sam's fate has not been revealed. Will he escape before his termination?
