I finished the outer skirt completely, buttons and all. No hem was needed, that was pretty sweet. The way the skirt is made creates its own waistline hem. The middle layer of skirt is completely done now too. Up next will be skirt layer 3, wings, hat, and bling! I love how these come together and watching their personalities unfold in the bling process!
